  The partnership

The Work Consultancy Partnership
The Work Consultancy Partnership was established in 2005 to support professional people and those in executive and leadership roles.

Our aim is to help individuals become happier and more effective in their personal and professional lives, and to increase the stock of well-being at work which has a direct affect on health and effectiveness of everyone in the organisation.

As professionals in business and therapy we combine understanding of commercial life with insight into the human condition. Our ability to both coach and counsel is a distinguishing feature of The Work Consultancy Partnership.

Whilst we share a common approach in work consultancy we also provide diversity in style and focus which enables us to offer clients a choice of work consultant. Research on the efficacy of therapy has repeatedly emphasised the relationship between counsellor and client as the key success factor, therefore we encourage our clients to consider an initial ‘chemistry meeting’.

We see clients in Central London, Twickenham and Brighton.

Professional Standards & Ethics
All TWCP partners subscribe to the standards and ethical code of the UKCP as well as the relevant codes of practice for specific psychometric instruments, and all have undergone approved post-graduate training in philosophy and counselling.
